Fifth general meeting of the ELiTES collaboration. The ELiTES project is a European-Japanese collaboration, supported by the European Commission under FP7-People, focused on the cryogenic technologies for the future gravitational wave detectors and observatories: KAGRA and ET. The progresses of the GW projects, the status of the ELiTES collaboration and the activities for the future will be discussed.
The session of the 8th of February will be hosted by the Delegation of the European Union to Japan and it will include a public lecture by Takaaki Kajita (Nobel Prize in Physics in 2015). 
The second day (February 9) will be dedicated to the transfer to Toyama and during the last day (February 10) there will be a morning session at the Toyama University. After lunch we will move to KAGRA for a visit of the site.
