Second general meeting of the ELiTES collaboration. The ELiTES project is an European-Japanese collaboration, supported by the European Commission under FP7-People, focused on the cryogenic technologies for the future gravitational wave detectors and observatories: KAGRA and ET. The progresses of the GW projects, the status of the ELiTES collaboration and the future activities were discussed. The session of the 4th of December was hosted by the Delegation of the European Union to Japan. The second day was in the Sanjo Conference Hall in Hongo Campus of University of Tokyo.
